Additional Conditions
1. There shall be no adult entertainment or services, activities, other entertainment or matters ancillary to the use of the premises that may give rise to concern in respect of children. 2. Management or a director will be present throughout any major event. 3. Local police will be informed of all planned events impacting upon the surrounding area. 4. Events organised by outside bodies will be supported by full insurances provided by the appropriate organiser. 5. Marshalls & security personell will be on site wherever necessary and during major events. 6. Inappropriate behaviour will not be tolerated and patrons will be asked to leave the premises. 7. Full arrangements will be in place for litter control. 8. PA system to be available and there will be a designated area for lost children. 9. There will be a challenge 21 policy in place. 10. The premises will be a member of the Responsible Retailer scheme. 11. Plastic drinksware will be used during major outside event. 12. A satisfactory electrical certificate shall be provided for the premises. 13.A permanently fixed residual current device (RCD) must protect the electrical supply serving amplified music equipment. 14. When dancing is to take place on the premises in an area not previously approved for dancing by the Authority, at least 14 days notice must be given to Environment and Regulatory Services (Health Protection Service) and the Licensing Authority, identifying the area used which should be suitable and adequate in size as the designated dance floor for the intended use and dancing must not take place in that area unless approved by the authority. 15.For outdoor events a suitable event safety plan shall be provided to cover all aspects of public safety. This shall include a plan of the site showing temporary structures, car parking, stewarding, toilet provisions, first aid, etc. 16. A CCTV system to the specification of South Yorkshire Police will be fitted, maintained and in use at all times whilst the premises are open (in line with specification July 2011) . The CCTV images will be stored for 28 days when the venue is holding a pre-booked function and police and authorised officers of the council will be given access to images for purposes in connection with the prevention and detection of crime and disorder. Members of the management team will be trained in the use of the system. 17. The use of door supervisors will be risk assessed on an event by event basis by the designated premises supervisor or member of the management team. 18. Written notification will be provided to South Yorkshire Police 28 days prior to any event with an expected attendance of 499 or more. 19. The Premises Licence Holder/ Promoter shall appoint a named person to co-ordinate noise issues, to the approval of the Environmental Protection Service, no later than 4 weeks prior to the event. The noise co-ordinator shall liaise between all parties Environmental Protection Service, DPS, Promoter, sound system suppliers, sound engineers and Licensing Authority, on all matters relating to noise control prior to and during the event. Prior to the Event: 20. A noise propagation test shall be undertaken with the Environmental Protection Service present, prior to the start of the event in order to set appropriate control limits at the sound mixer position. The sound system shall be configured and operated in a similar manner as intended for the event. The sound source used for the test shall be similar in character to the music most likely to be produced during the event. 21. The noise co-ordinator shall ensure that prior to the event during any testing of equipment, minimum noise levels are emitted from the sound equipment to reduce to its lowest level any noise nuisance to local residents. During the Event: 22. The noise co-ordinator shall ensure that noise is monitored at the perimeter of the site (or other appropriate noise sensitive location) throughout the event, and at least during each different artist. 23. The 'noise co-ordinator shall comply with any request made by a nominated officer of the Environmental Protection Service to reduce or remix sound emanating from the amplification system. 24. Facilities shall be provided on the mixing desk, or other appropriate position, for a nominated officer of the Environmental Protection Service to monitor and where necessary secure a reduction in noise level to a reasonable level. 25.Outdoor Live music shall cease at 21:00hrs on any day of the week.
