Any embedded permissions and restrictions attached to the justices on/off licence including those specified at Appendix 1. 1. The DPS will be a member of the local Pub Watch (as long as it exists). 2. Function bookings will be limited to a maximum of 150 persons. 3. Anyone who appears to be under the age of 21 shall require appropriate proof of age before being served alcohol. 4. All persons under the age of 18 shall be required to leave the premises 21:00 hours. 5. A permanent fixed residual current device (RCD) must protect the electrical supply serving all amplified music equipment used for the purpose of live music. 6. All windows will be kept closed after 23:00 hours. 7. Notices will be placed at the exits asking customers to leave quietly. 8. There shall be no adult entertainment or services, activities, other entertainment or matters ancillary to the use of the premises that may give rise to concern in respect of children.
