Additional Conditions

• 1. CCTV to be maintained and operated whenever the premises are open. 2. The club is to maintain membership of Licence Watch. 3. Clear and legible notices shall be displayed at all exits requesting the members respect the needs of local residents and to leave the premises and area quietly. 4. The club operates a Children and Young Person Protection Policy. 5. CCTV surveillance with exterior lighting will monitor arrivals and departures at the clubs main door and adjacent Car Park. 6. Signage to be displayed near exits requesting members and guest to respect the needs of local residents by quietly leaving the premises and car park. 7. When Live and Recorded music are play, all reasonable steps are taken to avoid disturbance to neighboring properties. 8. To comply with the reasonable requirements of South Yorkshire Fire & Rescue Service. 9. A satisfactory electrical certificate shall be provided for the premises. 10. A permanent fixed residual current device (RCD) must protect the electrical supply serving amplified music equipment for the purpose of live music. 11. When dancing is to take place in the premises, in an area not previously approved by the authority, at least 14 days notice must be given to Environment and Regulatory Service (health Protection Service) and the Licensing Authority, identifying the area to be used. The area should be suitable and adequate in size as the designated dance floor for the intended use and dancing must not take place in that area unless approved by the authority. 12. The varied club premises certificate shall not become effective until the Health Protection Service has inspected the premises in respect of the electrical certificate, RCD and floor surfaces to ensure that these are suitable in respect of service requirements. 13. Signage is to be posted at all bars prohibiting the direct or indirect supply of alcohol to children. Any embedded permissions and restrictions attached to the Justices Club Registration Certificate including those specified at Appendix 1.
