Additional Conditions

• 1. There shall be no adult entertainment or services, activities, other entertainment or matters ancillary to the use of the premises that may give rise to concern in respect of children. 2. The premises will operate primarily as a restaurant with an ancillary bar facility on the lower level. Apart from the area immediately surrounding the bar servery on the lower level, all alcohol will be sold as an ancillary to a table meal. 3. All alcohol in all areas of the premises apart from immediately around the bar will be served to tables by waiter/waitress and the entirety of the premises will be supervised by waiting staff at all times. 4. New floor surfaces in public areas and thoroughfares shall have a suitable non slip finish. 5. Due to the absence of a suitable food hoist, there shall be no transportation of hot food and hot drinks from the lower level to the mezzanine level using the public staircase. 6. A satisfactory electrical certificate shall be provided for the premises. 7. A Building Regulation Completion Certificate shall be submitted to the authority responsible for public safety. 8. No licensable activities will take place under the authority of this licence until the authority has been notified that the premises are suitable. Any reasonable requirements of the public safety authority will be complied with in order to ensure that the premises are suitable for their use.
