Additional Conditions
1. A Colour CCTV system to the specification of South Yorkshire Police will be fitted, maintained and in use at all times when the premises are open. CCTV images will be stored for 28 days. Police will be given access to the copies of images for purposes in connection with the prevention and detection of crime and disorder. 2. No licensable activities will take place under the authority of this license until the premises have been inspected by the Relevant Authorities, and the licence holder has been notified that the premises are suitable. Any reasonable requirements of the authorities will be complied with in order to ensure that the premises are suitable for their intended use. 3. The Designated Premises Supervisor for these premises must be a registered member of Sheffield Licence Watch. Annual membership and meeting attendance should be maintained. 4. Anyone who appears to be under the age of 21 shall require appropriate photographic proof of age before being served alcohol. 5. All fire equipment must be serviced on a yearly basis. 6. To comply with the reasonable requirements of the fire officer on a regular basis. 7. Certificates relating to these inspections must be kept on the premises and made available to council officers as appropriate. 8. There shall be no adult entertainment or services, activities, other entertainment or matters ancillary to the use of the premises.
