Additional Conditions
1. There shall be no adult entertainment or services, activities, other entertainment or matters ancillary to the use of the premises that may give rise to concern in respect of children. 2.The premises will support the Local Licence Watch Scheme, where such scheme relates to off licences and its operation. 3.Suitable signage will be displayed at the premises with regard to litter. 4.A refusals book will be maintained at the premises and will be available to Responsible Authority representatives upon reasonable request. 5.A Challenge 25 scheme is to be in operation, in compliance with the guidance issued by the Tackling Underage Sales Strategic Group (TUSSG). 6.The premises will support community initiatives at the reasonable request of the Responsible Authorities by displaying publicity materials (e.g. Parents as Partners). 7.Alcohol will be sold in sealed containers only and must not be consumed inside or on the curtilage of the premises. 8.Staff involved in the sale of alcohol will receive training on matters concerning underage sales.
Conditions imposed after a Licensing Committee Hearing held on the 7th July 2011. 1. A colour CCTV system to the specification of South Yorkshire Police, will be fitted, maintained and in use at all times the premises are open, the CCTV images will be stored for 31 days and Police and Authorised Officers of the Council will be given immediate access to images for purposes in connection with the prevention and detection of crime and disorder. Members of the management team will be trained in the use of the system. 2. All litter to be removed from the frontage to the premises at the close of business each day. 3. A personal licence holder must be on the premises between 6am and 9am Monday to Friday.
