Additional Conditions
1. A Challenge 25 scheme will operate at all times when the premises are open. 2. A CCTV system to the specification of South Yorkshire Police will be fitted, maintained and in use at all times whilst the premises are open (in line with the specification July 2011). The CCTV images will be stored for 28 days and police and authorised officers of the council will be given access to images for purposes in connection with the prevention and detection of crime and disorder. Members of the management team will be trained in the use of the system. 3. The premises will maintain a register of refusals, incidents and training records. Such records will be kept and made available for inspection of the authorities. 4. A member of staff must be assigned to the role of Childrens Safeguarder at the premises and must execute this role in compliance with the guidance and training provided by the Sheffield Safeguarding Children Board. A member of staff will be required to attend such training at the next available training course. 5. All doors and windows shall be closed, save for access and egress, when regulated entertainment is present in the premises. 6. The DPS or a designated member of staff must take a pro active approach to noise control, checking outside the premise to ensure that noise is kept to a reasonable level from patrons using the external area and manage noise levels internally so as not to cause a nuisance to the nearest noise sensitive property. 7. The premises shall prominently display A4 notices on all exits reminding patrons to the premises in a quiet and orderly fashion to respect the local neighbours needs. 8. The premises shall prominently display A4 notices on all exits reminding patrons to the quiet whilst using the facilities provided and that they are in close proximity to residential accommodation. 9. Members of the Club whom cause any issues in relation to public nuisance will be referred to the Club Committee. 10. There shall be no adult entertainment or services, activities, other entertainment or matters ancillary to the use of the premises that may give rise to concern in respect of children. 11. No 18th or 21st Birthday Parties will be permitted. 12. Children will only be permitted in the Club Premises when attending a pre-booked or private function or on Sundays until 15:00 hours.
