Additional Conditions
1. There shall be no adult entertainment or services, activities, other entertainment or matters ancillary to the use of the premises that may give rise to concern in respect of children. 2.Intoxicating liquor shall not be sold or supplied under the authority of this licence otherwise than a. To persons taking "table meals" on the premises and for consumption by such a person as an ancillary to his/her meal. b. To persons residing on the premises or their private friends bona fide entertained by them at their own expense and for consumption by such a person or his/her private friend so entertained by him/her either on the premises or with a meal supplied at but to be consumed off the premises. 3. Suitable beverages, including drinking water, other than intoxicating liquor shall be equally available for consumption with or otherwise as an ancillary to meals served in the licensed premises. 4. There shall be provided in the premises for persons provided with board and lodging for reward adequate sitting accommodation in a room not used nor to be used for (a) sleeping accommodation, (b) the service of substantial refreshment or (c) the supply or consumption of intoxicating liquor.
