Additional Conditions
1. There shall be no adult entertainment or services, activities, other entertainment or matters ancillary to the use of the premises that may give rise to concern in respect of children. 2. An SIA registered door supervisor shall be deployed at the premises between the hours of Midnight and 06:00 hours on Saturday and Sunday mornings (i.e. Friday and Saturday evenings). 3. The current digital CCTV system shall be maintained. Recordings shall be made throughout the trading period, subject to system maintenance, and retained for a minimum period of 28 days. Recordings shall be disclosed to the Police or other enforcement agencies upon production of a request which accords with the Freedom of Information Act 2000. 4. An incident book shall be retained at the premises and made available for inspection by the Police or other enforcement agencies upon request. 5. Staff will be the subject of training in regards to the terms of the licence and licensing law generally. A written record of training shall be retained and made available for inspection by the Police or other enforcement agencies upon request. 6. Alcohol shall not be sold in an open container or be consumed in the licensed premises. 7. Signage will be displayed in the premises requesting that customers do not linger in the vicinity and refrain from causing any nuisance. 8. The premises shall operate a Challenge 25 policy. Posters around the point of sale will advise customers of the policy.
