Additional Conditions
1.The company will monitor the need for door supervisors and in so doing will take in to account any advice given by the Police. 2.The licensee to be a member of the Pub Watch Scheme (where active). 3.Text and/or radio pagers, where already used, will be used for any additional hours. 4.Toughened glass will continue to be used during any additional hours. 5.The existing CCTV system at the premises (if any) be maintained. Tapes and visual images recorded shall be retained for a period of 28 days and must be handed to South Yorkshire Police upon request, against signature. 6.In line with the Alcohol and Social Responsibility Policy there will be no promotion that encourages illegal, irresponsible or immoderate consumption. 7.Reasonable steps are taken to recognize the rights of local residents and to encourage customers to leave the premises quietly. 8.Managers are required to liaise with local neighbours as part of their duties and resolve any reasonable concerns in accordance with our Role in the Community Guidelines. 9.No adult entertainment (paid for by the company of a nude physical nature) is permitted at these premises. 10.Any children under 16 remain the responsibility of the accompanying adult when using the premises (and /or exterior area). 11.Staff are not to be allowed to be a sole supervision of children which remains the responsibility of the accompanying adult at all times. 12. There shall be no adult entertainment or services, activities, other entertainment or matters ancillary to the use of the premises that may give rise to concern in respect of children, save for the use of authorised AWP machines.
