Additional Conditions
1. The premises licence holder shall instruct the tenant that they must join and participate in a local pub watch scheme as long as it exits. 2. CCTV will monitor all entrances and exits. Recordings will be maintained for seven days. 3. Any existing CCTV will be maintained in working order and operated when the premises are trading. 4. The premises must display conspicuous and legible signs adjacent to each exit requesting that patrons leave in a quiet and orderly manner. 5. No unaccompanied children to be allowed on the premises. 6. No persons under the age of 18 allowed on the premises after 21:00 hours. 7. A permanent fixed residual current device (RCD) must protect the electrical power supply serving all amplified music equipment used for the purpose of live music and other entertainment. 8. When dancing takes place on the premises, it is to do so on the tap side flag stoned area. The area will be suitably highlighted and will be clear of tables and chairs. Adequate signage will be placed around the area indicating that drinks are not to be taken onto the dance floor. 9. An approved Proof of Age identification system to prevent underage drinkers purchasing or consuming alcohol will be operated. 10. There shall be no adult entertainment or services, activities, other entertainment or matters ancillary to the use of the premises.
Variation - 5/9/2006 1. The beer garden to the rear of the premises shall be closed at or before 23:00 hours. 2. During regulated entertainment, the windows of the premises are to be locked shut, following consultation with the Environmental Protection Service and South Yorkshire Fire & Rescue Service. 3. A sound-limiting device must be installed at the Premises to a level agreed by the Environmental Protection Service. 4. Noise or vibration shall not emanate from the premises so as to cause nuisance to nearby Premises. 5. No amplified sound or live music shall be played nor shall loud speakers be place at any time outside of the building.
