Additional Conditions
1. There shall be no adult entertainment or services, activities, other entertainment or matters ancillary to the use of the premises that may give rise to concern in respect of children. 2. The DPS will be a member of the local Licence Watch (as long as it exists). 3. Employ Portman ID scheme and Challenge 21. 4. Protection boards fitted across windows for customer safety. 5. Adults with Children and young people under the age of 18 are permitted inside the premises until 19:30 hours and are permitted to use the external designated family area to the rear of the premises until 19:30 hours. 6. Persons under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult and supervised at all times. 7. Customers and persons under the age of 18 are not allowed in the rear external areas after 19:30 hours daily. 8. Persons under the age of 18 are not allowed in the external smoking areas to the front of the premises (Main Road) at any time. 9. A member of staff must be assigned to the role of Childrens Safeguarder and must act in accordance with the guidance issued by the Safeguarding Children Board. 10. A maximum of 4 family orientated events will take place at the premises per year. 11. An incident book will be maintained by the premises management. 12. The DPS or designated member of staff must take proactive to noise control, checking outside the premises to ensure that noise is kept to a reasonable level from patrons using the designated area to the rear so as to not cause a nuisance to the nearest noise sensitive property. 13. The DPS or designated member of staff shall prominently display A4 notices on all exits reminding patrons to leave the premises in a quiet and orderly fashion to respect the local neighbours needs. 14. The DPS or designated member of staff shall prominently display A4 notices in all external areas reminding patrons to be quiet whilst using the facilities provided and that they are in close proximity to residential accomodation. In addition, to remind customers the rear external area is ceased to be used at 19:30 hours throughout the week.
