Additional Conditions
1. Premises to be a member of Pub Watch Scheme. 2. A permanent fixed residual current device (RCD) must protect the electrical power supply serving all amplified music. 3. All fire fighting equipment on the premises is to be serviced annually. 4. First aid equipment and material is available on the premises. 5. HACCP policy in place. 6. DDA aware and a policy is in place. 7. Signs near the exits of the premises must clearly communicate that guests must respect the needs of local residents, and leave the premises quietly. 8. All downstairs windows are to remain closed during opening hours. 9. Children only allowed on the premises accompanied by an adult and must vacate the premises by 19:00 hours. 10. Noise or vibration shall not emanate from the premises, so as to cause nuisance to nearby premises. 11. The outside drinking area is to cease at 22:00 hours, seven days a week. 12. No amplified sound or live music shall be played nor shall loudspeakers be placed at any time outside the building. 13. All windows and doors shall be closed, except for access and egress, when amplified music is present in the premises. 14. The licensee shall prominently display large notices on all exits, including all external drinking areas, reminding patrons to leave the premises in a quiet and orderly fashion to respect the local neighbours needs. 15. There shall be no adult entertainment or services, activities, other entertainment or matters ancillary to the use of the premises.
This licence has been granted subject to the following conditions; 1. The applicant carrying out full consultation with the enforcing authority detailed in Section 13 (iv) (c) of the Licensing Act 2003 (Health Protection Service) and complying with the reasonable requirements of the responsible authority detailed by reference to the guidance issued by the Council under the Act in accordance with the application for variation, 2. The premises closing to the public until such time as the responsible authority detailed in (a) above is satisfied that the premises are safe to open to the public once the approved alterations commence, 3. In the event that the approved plan is altered with the agreement of the responsible authority detailed in condition (a) above, a copy of the revised agreed plan being served on the Licensing Authority and 4. Any other conditions that have been agreed prior to this hearing.
