Additional Conditions
1. A colour CCTV system to the specification of South Yorkshire Police will be fitted, maintained and in use at all times when the premises are open. CCTV images will be stored for 31 days. Police will be given access to the copies of images for purposes in connection with the prevention and detection of crime and disorder. 2. Notices shall be displayed in store that it is an offence for people aged under 18 to purchase alcohol. 3. The store will be fitted with a panic button for staff to press in case of an emergency. 4. The store is to be fitted with a burglar alarm. 5. The licence holder is to comply with the reasonable requests of the Fire Officer. 6. No deliveries are to take place between the hours of 23:00 and 06:00 hours the following day. 7. All staff are to be trained in relation to underage related sales of alcohol. 8. The Think 21 scheme is to be in place and notices of this are to be prominently displayed within the store. 9. There shall be electronic till prompts when alcohol is scanned to remind staff to check the age of the purchaser. 10. All Due Diligence refusal books are to be kept to record where sales of alcohol are challenged or refused. 11. Any new floor surfaces in public areas shall have a suitable non-slip finish. 12. On completion of any new electrical installations, an Electrical Installation Certificate shall be provided for the premises. 13. Shelving and display units for the purposes of displaying alcohol must be of suitable design, construction and adequately secured. 14. The varied premises licence shall not become effective until the Health Protection Service have inspected the premises with regard to the electrical certificate, shelving, floor surfaces and any other matter raised during the consultation period, to ensure that these items have been appropriately addresses in respect of service requirements.
