1. The society must undertake regular training of employees to prevent the sale of alcohol to those under the age of 18. 2. The society will maintain at each store a refusals register. 3. The society must challenge any individual who wishes to purchase alcohol but appears to be under 21 to prove their age by means of a photo identity card. 4. The society will work to archive and maintain regular liason with the police at an appropriate regional and or local level and will make available to the police any CCTV record images and the store refusals book. 5. There shall be no adult entertainment or services, activities, other entertainment or matters ancillary to the use of the premises that may give rise to concern in respect of children.
