Additional Conditions
1. A Colour CCTV System shall be installed at the premises to the specification and satisfaction of South Yorkshire Police and will be maintained and in use at all times the premises of 30 days and must be made available to an authorised Officer of the Council an production of an appropriate written authorisation. Police will be given access to and may take custody of the images or take copies of images for purposes in connection with the prevention and detection of crime and disorder. 2. No persons under the age of 18 years to be on the premises after 20:00 hours, unless dining with an adult or attending a pre-booked function. 3. To comply with the reasonable requirements of the South Yorkshire Fire and Rescue Service. 4. When dancing is to take place on the premises in an area not previously approved for dancing by the Authority, at least 14 days notice must be given to Environment and Regulatory Services (Health Protection Service) and the Licensing Authority, identifying the area to be used, which should be suitable and adequate in size as the designated dance floor for the intended use, and dancing must not take place in that area unless approved by the Authority. 5. A permanent fixed residual current device (RCD) must protect the electrical supply serving all amplified music equipment used for the purpose of live music. 6. The premises licence holder shall prominently display A4 notices on all exits reminding patrons to leave the premises in a quiet and orderly fashion to respect the local neighbours needs. 7. The Designated Premises Supervisor or designated member of staff must take a pro active approach to noise control, checking outside the premises to ensure that noise is kept to a reasonable level and manage noise levels internally so as not to cause a nuisance to the nearest noise sensitive building. 8. All windows and doors shall be closed except for access and egress when regulated entertainment is present in the premises.
