Additional Conditions
1. There shall be no adult entertainment or services, activities, other entertainment or matters ancillary to the use of the premises that may give rise to concern in respect of children, save for the use of authorised AWP machines 2. The DPS will be a member of the local 'Licence Watch' (as long as it exists). 3. Text and / or radio pagers, where already used will be used for any additional hours. 4. Toughened glass where used will continue to be used during any additional. 5. In line with the Alcohol and Social Responsibility Policy there will be no promotion that encourages illegal, irresponsible or immoderate consumption. 6. Reasonable steps are to be taken to encourage customers to leave the premises quietly. 7. The manager and staff are briefed in the importance of their responsibilities in ensuring customers are over 18. 8. Any children under 16 will remain the responsibility of the accompanying adult when using the premises (and / or exterior area). Staff are not allowed to be in sole supervision of children which, remains the responsibility of the accompanying adult at all times. 9. Managers will be required to liase with local neighbours as part of their duties and resolve any reasonable concerns in accordance with our 'Role in Community' guidelines. 10. A permanent fixed residual current device (RCD) must protect the electrical power serving all amplified music equipment used for the purposes of live music. 11. When dancing is to take place on the premises in an area not previously approved for dancing by the authority, at least 14 days notice must be given to Environment and Regulatory Services (Health Protection Service) and the Licensing Authority, identifying the area to be used. The designated dancefloor should be delineated, suitable and adequate in size for its intended use and dancing must not take place in the area until approved by the authority.
