Additional Conditions
1. A Personal Licence Holder must be on duty at all times alcohol is on sale. 2. For the first 12 weeks of working at the premises all employees must have every sale of alcohol authorised by a Personal Licence Holder. 3. A Challenge 25 scheme must be operated and all staff must be trained to operate this system. Staff training records must be maintained and made available to Responsible Authorities on request. 4. The DPS must be an active member of Licence Watch. 5. The Area Manager shall be based at the premises. 6. Refresher training must be delivered to all staff weekly in relation to preventing underage sales and to remind staff of their responsibilities in relation to the legislation, and a log be kept of this training. 7. Signage must be prominently displayed in relation to the proof of age scheme. 8. Training systems must be refreshed and all staff retrained in relation to alcohol sales. 9. A colour CCTV system to the specification of South Yorkshire Police, will be fitted, maintained and in use at all times the premises are open. 10. The CCTV images will be stored for 28 days and Police and Authorised Officers of the Council will be given access to images for purposes in connection with the prevention and detection of crime and disorder. 11. The Premises Licence Holder and all persons working at the premises shall be fully trained in the use of the CCTV system in order that images can be immediately obtained by Police and Authorised Officers of the Council. 12. Staff must be reminded at the start of every shift in relation to preventing underage sales and to remind them of their responsibilities in relation to the legislation. A log, including signatures, dates and times must be kept and made available to the Police or other enforcing bodies when required.
