Additional Conditions
1. There shall be no adult entertainment or services, activities, other entertainment or matters ancillary to the use of the premises that may give rise to concern in respect of children. 2. The DPS should be a member of the local Pubwatch scheme (as long as it exists) 3. ‘Challenge 21’ scheme in place. 4. CCTV covers the front entrance and car park. 5. Mechanical extraction is to be provided in both bars. 6. An accident / incident book is to be maintained on site for staff and public. 7. Signs near the exits of the premises must clearly communicate that members and guests must respect the needs of local residents, and leave the premises quietly. 8. Downstairs windows are to remain closed during opening hours. 9. All persons under the age of 18 to be accompanied by an appropriate adult. 10. Accompanied children only allowed in the designated area if dinning and must be off the premises by 20:00 hours. 11. The premises shall prohibit striptease and nudity. Any embedded permissions and restrictions attached to the justices on/off licence including those specified at Appendix 1.
