Additional Conditions
1.There shall be no external regulated entertainment at the premises. 2.Premises to be a member of Pub Watch Scheme as long as it remains. 3.There is an under 21 proof of age scheme in place at the premises. 4.The premises has a zero tolerance policy on drugs. 5.All fire fighting equipment on the premises is to be serviced annually and a contract is in place. 6.A fire alarm test is to be carried out weekly. 7.All portable electrical appliances are tested annually. 8.There are current electrical and gas certificates in place. 9.First aid equipment and material is available and there is a trained first aider on the premises. 10.Signs near the exits of the premises must clearly communicate that guests must respect the needs of local residents, and leave the premises quietly. 11.When required staff will organise taxis to transport customers home and customers are seen of the premises. 12.All downstairs windows are to remain closed during opening hours. 13.No unaccompanied children are allowed on the premises. Children accompanied by an adult are only allowed in the designated areas and must be off the premises by 20:00 hours. 14.The designated area for children is a none smoking area. 15.There is to be no striptease and no nudity on the premises. 16. There shall be no adult entertainment or services, activities, other entertainment or matters ancillary to the use of the premises that may give rise to concern in respect of children, save for the use of authorised AWP machines.
