Additional Conditions
1. When regulated entertainment, as defined by the Licensing Act 2003, is to take place to the exterior of the premises, at least 14 days notice must be given to Environment and Regulatory Services (Health Protection Service) and the Licensing Authority. The event must not take place unless approved by the Licensing Authority. 2. A permanent fixed residual current device (RCD) must protect the electrical power supply serving all amplified music equipment used for the purpose of live music and other entertainment. 3. The DPS will be a member of the local Licence Watch (as long as it exists). 4. Except for access and egress, all windows and doors to remain closed when live or recorded music is played. 5. Kitchen extractor fans and filter system to be cleaned and maintained regularly. 6. Signs near the exits of the premises must clearly communicate that guests must respect the needs of local residents, and leave the premises quietly. 7. Anyone who appears to be under the age of 21 shall require appropriate photographic proof of age before being served alcohol. 8. No persons under 18 years of age will be permitted on the premises after 22:00 hours 9. All outside music will finish at or before 21:00 hours. 10. There shall be no adult entertainment or services, activities, other entertainment or matters ancillary to the use of the premises that may give rise to concern in respect of children, save for the use of authorised AWP machines.
