Additional Conditions
1. There shall be no adult entertainment or services, activities, other entertainment or matters ancillary to the use of the premises that may give rise to concern in respect of children, save for the use of authorised AWP machines and cigarette machines. 2.The DPS will be a member of the local 'Pub Watch' (as long as it exists). 3.The existing CCTV system at the premises (if any) to be maintained. Tapes/visual images recorded shall be retained for a period of 31 days and must be handed to the Police upon request, against signature. 4.The DPS and staff are briefed in the importance of their responsibilities in ensuring alcohol is not served to people who are under 18 years of age. 5.All persons under the age of 16 remain the responsibility of the accompanying adult when using the premises (and/or exterior area). 6.Any new floor surfaces in public areas and thoroughfares shall have a suitable non-slip finish. 7.Subject to the variation, a satisfactory electrical certificate shall be provided for any electrical works. 8.The varied premises licence shall not become effective until the Health Protection Service have inspected the premises with regard to the electrical certificate, floor surfaces and any other matter raised during the consultation period, to ensure that these items have been appropriately addressed in respect of service requirements. 9.Conditions 6 & 7 shall be removed from the licence following notification from the Health Protection Service to Licensing General that the Premises have been inspected and found to be satisfactory. 10. There shall be no adult entertainment or services, activities, other entertainment or matters ancillary to the use of the premises that may give rise to concern in respect of children.
