Additional Conditions
1. There shall be no adult entertainment or services, activities, other entertainment or matters ancillary to the use of the premises that may give rise to concern in respect of children, save for the use of authorised AWP machines and cigarette machines. 2. The pub will actively enforce a zero tolerance policy on illegal drugs. 3. If a CCTV system is installed at this site, it will continue to operate during the additional hours of trading and notices will be displayed. 4. When door supervisors are engaged, they will be SIA approved. 5. A disk jockey is used on any night then he / she will ask customers to leave quietly. 6. Signs near the exits of the premises must clearly communicate that guests must respect the needs of local residents, and leave the premises quietly. 7. Patrols will take place by members of staff, internally and externally, to limit any noise pollution when entertainment is being offered within the premises. 8. A permanent fixed residual current device (RCD) must protect the electrical power supply serving all amplified music equipment. 9. Where already used, text / radio pagers will continue for the additional hours of trading and will be monitored by an appropriate member of staff. 10. Non-alcoholic refreshment will be available whenever the premises are open. 11. When children are present on the premises, only suitable entertainment will be provided. 12. Children under the age of 16 should be off the premises by 22:00 hours, unless attending a private function. 13. The designated premises supervisor, or some such other person, will be assigned to act as lead safegurder for childrens issues at the premises. 14. Anyone who appears to be under the age of 21 shall require appropriate photographic proof of age before being served alcohol. 15. Children will be required to be supervised by an accompanying adult at all times. 16. All instances of crime and disorder will be reported to the police and will be kept in an incident log book. 17. Free drinking water will be available at all times. 18. All management and staff will be trained to standards required by relevant legislation. 19. When dancing is to take place on the premises in an area not previously approved for dancing by the Authority, at least 1 days notice must be given to the Environment and Regulatory Services (Health Protection Service) and the Licensing Authority, identifying the area to be used which is not less than 20% of the capacity on a 0.4m²/person as the designated dance floor and dancing must not take place in that area unless approved by the Authority.
