Any embedded permissions and restrictions attached to the justices on/off licence including those specified at Appendix 1. 1. Staff will be trained on the requirements of the Licensing Act 2003 when they are recruited and given training in drugs awareness ads part of their induction. 2. The Designated Premises Supervisor will be a member of the Sheffield Pub Watch. 3. Not less than 10 working days written notice will be provided to Police, if required when Event Days are planned. 4. Live music will end at 24:00 hours Sunday to Thursday and 01:00 hours Fridays, Saturdays, Bank Holiday Mondays and Event Days except on New Years Eve and New Years Day. 5. Live music will be staged only in the lounge bar. 6. Recorded music indoors will end at 24:00 hours Sunday to Thursday and 01:00 hours Friday, Saturday, Bank Holiday Mondays and Events Days except on New Years Eve and New Years Day. 7. Recorded music volume will be reduced to background level during the wind down period to create a mood change. 8. All windows will be kept closed after 22:30 hours. 9. A notice will be placed prominently at the exits asking customers to leave quietly. 10. Photographic proof of age will be required to be shown by anyone seeking to purchase alcohol who appears to be under 20 years of age. 11. There shall be no adult entertainment or services, activities, other entertainment or matters ancillary to the use of the premises that may give rise to concern in respect of children.
