Additional Conditions
1. There shall be no adult entertainment or services, activities, other entertainment or matters ancillary to the use of the premises that may give rise to concern in respect of children. 2. A permanently fixed residual current device (RCD) must protect the electrical power supply serving all amplified music equipment. 3. The emergency lighting provided to the toilet areas should be examined and confirmed to be of a minimum two hour maintained standard and working correctly. 4. Records of routine tests should be recorded, a log book is provided to assist in the matter. 5. There are to be no Happy Hours at the premises. Such Happy Hours are defined as irresponsible drinks promotions, which encourage excessive drinking. 6. The DPS will be a member of the local Licence Watch, or its replacement (as long as it exists). 7. Signs near the exits of the premises must clearly communicate that guests must respect the needs of local residents, and leave the premises quietly. 8. No persons under 18 years of age will be permitted to be on the premises after 20:30 hours. 9. The requirements of the South Yorkshire Fire Service (as detailed in the attached schedule) are to be completed within the agreed timescale and to the satisfaction of the South Yorkshire Fire and Rescue Service. 10. The DPS or a designated member of staff must take a pro active approach to noise control, checking outside the premise to ensure that noise is kept to a reasonable level from patrons using the external area and manage noise levels from regulated entertainment internally so as not to cause a nuisance to the nearest noise sensitive properties. 11. When regulated entertainment takes place, windows and doors shall remain closed save for access and egress, and shall not be left propped open.
