Additional Conditions
1. A strict anti-drug policy is to be implemented. 2. Toilets are to be checked on a regular basis. 3. The Challenge 21 scheme will be adopted to ensure that no underage sales take place. 4. Emergency lighting, illuminated exit signs and fire extinguishers will be kept on site and in working order. 5. Signs will be placed at exits requesting that customers depart quickly and quietly in respect of the neighbourhood. 6. No unaccompanied children are allowed on the premises. 7. A colour CCTV system shall be installed at the premises to the specification and satisfaction of South Yorkshire Police (see attached minimum standards for CCTV within Licensed Premises), to cover both the internal and external areas and will be maintained and in use at all times the premises are open. The CCTV images will be stored for a minimum of 30 days, and must be made available to an officer of the Council, on production of an appropriate written authorisation. Police will be given access to and may take custody of the images or take copies of images for purposes in connection with the prevention and detection of crime and disorder. 8. No persons under the age of 18 years to be on the premises after 21:00 hours, unless dining with an adult, or attending a pre-booked function 9. Staff will ask for proof of age from any person who appears to be under the age of 21, in order to prove that the person is 18 or over. 10. The Designated Premises Supervisor for these premises must be a registered member of Sheffield Licence Watch. Annual membership and meeting attendance must be maintained. 11. Persons will not be permitted to enter the premises after midnight on any night other than to allow re-entry from the designated outside smoking area. 12. The Premises Licence holder shall prominently display A4 notices on all exits reminding patrons to leave the premises in a quiet and orderly fashion to respect the local neighbours needs. 13. The Designated Premises Supervisor or designated member of staff must take a pro active approach to noise control, checking outside the premises to ensure that noise is kept to a reasonable level from patrons using all external areas and manage noise levels internally so as not to cause a nuisance to the nearest noise sensitive property. 14. There shall be no adult entertainment or services, activities, other entertainment or matters ancillary to the use of the premises that may give rise to concern in respect of children.
1. The designated outside drinking area is not to be used after 23:00 hours on any day. 2. All ventilation outlets, which serve the licenced area, are to be installed with acoustic bafflers and thereafter retained and properly maintained. 3. No amplified sound shall be played except through an in-house amplified sound system fitted with a sound limiter. The settings if which shall have received the prior written approval of the Environmental Protection Service. 4. All windows and doors shall be closed after 23:00 hours, except for access and egress, when regulated entertainment is present in the premises.
