Annex 2 - Conditions consistent with the club operating schedule
1) Where appropriate, prominent, clear and legible notices shall be displayed at all exits requesting the members respect the needs of local residents and to leave the premises and area quietly.
2) Noise or vibration shall not emanate from the premises, so as to cause nuisance to nearby properties/premises.
3) All windows and doors shall be closed, except for access and egress, when amplified music is present in the premises.
4) The licensee shall prominently display large notices at all external drinking areas reminding patrons to be quite and respect the local neighbours needs.
5) All external drinking areas are to cease at 01:00 hours on Friday and Saturday evenings.
6) CCTV in operation and maintained to a standard expectable by South Yorkshire Police, records retained for a period of 31 days.
7) All persons under the age of 18 to be accompanied by an appropriate adult.
