Additional Conditions
1. There shall be no adult entertainment or services, activities, other entertainment or matters ancillary to the use of the premises that may give rise to concern in respect of children, save for the use of authorised AWP machines. 2.Admittance shall be restricted to Members and Bona Fide Guests of Members only. 3. Members are to be 18 years or over. 4. Any existing CCTV will be maintained in working order, and operated when the premises are trading. 5.The DPS will be a member of the Pub Watch scheme so long at it exists. 6.Where appropriate, prominent, clear and legible notices shall be displayed at all exits requesting the members respect the needs of local residents and to leave the premises and area quietly. 7. All persons under the age of 18 to be accompanied by an appropriate adult. 8. Persons under 16 years of age will not be permitted to be on the premises after 21:00 hours. 9.A permanent fixed residual current device (RCD) must protect the electrical power supply serving all amplified music equipment used for the purpose of live music and other entertainment.
