Additional Conditions
1. There shall be no adult entertainment or services, activities, other entertainment or matters ancillary to the use of the premises that may give rise to concern in respect of children. 2. Signs near the exits of the premises must clearly communicate that guests must respect the needs of local residents, and leave the premises quietly. 3. A Colour CCTV system to the specification of South Yorkshire Police will be fitted, maintained and in use at all times when the premises are open. CCTV images will be stored for 28 days. Police will be given access to the copies of images for purposes in connection with the prevention and detection of crime and disorder. 4. Each entrance to the premises will be monitored by a designated member of staff from 21:00 hours on any day the premises remains open after 01:00 hours. 5. Any outside drinking area will not be used after 23:00 hours on any night. 6. A designated member of staff will monitor any outside drinking area at all times. 7. Persons will not be permitted to enter the premises after midnight on any night unless they are consuming a table meal. 8. Persons will not be permitted to enter the premises after 02:00 hours. Any embedded permissions and restrictions attached to the justices on/off licence including those specified at Appendix 1. 1. Intoxicating liquor shall not be sold or supplied under the authority of the licence otherwise than: a.To persons taking "table meals" on the premises and for consumption by such a person as an ancillary to his or her meal. 2. Suitable beverages, including drinking water, other than intoxicating liquor shall be equally available for consumption with or otherwise as an ancillary to meals served in the licensed premises.
