Additional Conditions
Any embedded permissions and restrictions attached to the justices on/off licence including those specified at Appendix 1. 1. There shall be no adult entertainment or services, activities, other entertainment or matters ancillary to the use of the premises that may give rise to concern in respect of children. 2. DPS to maintain membership of Pub/Licence Watch. 3. Any disorderly conduct on the premises will be notified to the police. 4. Signs near the exits of the premises must clearly communicate that guests must respect the needs of local residents, and leave the premises quietly. 5. External lighting of car parks and walkways. 6. Except for access and egress, all windows and doors to remain closed when live or recorded music is played. 7. There is to be no external regulated entertainment. 8. There is to be no external drinking after 23:00 hours 9. A permanent residual current device (RCD) must protect the electrical supply serving amplified music used for the purpose of live music and other entertainment. 10. Children must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
