Additional Conditions
1. The DPS will be a member of the local Pub Watch or its replacement (as long as it exists). 2. Anyone who appears to be under the age of 21 shall require appropriate proof of age before being served alcohol. 3. Existing CCTV to be maintained and in operation during trading hours. 4. First aid equipment and material is available on the premises. 5. All portable electrical appliances are tested annually, and the relevant certificates shall be kept on the premises and made available for council officers on inspection. 6. Mechanical extraction is provided in the trading area. 7. Accident/incident book on site for staff and public. 8. Downstairs windows are kept closed during open hours 9. Signs near the exits of the premises must clearly communicate that guests must respect the needs of local residents, and leave the premises quietly. 10. All children must be accompanied by an appropriate adult. 11. Accompanied children are only allowed on the premises when Sheffield United play a home fixture and must be in the designated area. 12. Children must be off the premises by 19:30 hours. 13. The premises shall not permit striptease or nudity. Any embedded permissions and restrictions attached to the justices on/off licence including those specified at Appendix 1.
