Additional Conditions
1. Any existing CCTV will be maintained in working odder, and operated when the premises are trading. 2. Members and guests under the age of 18 will be kept away from the bar area. 3. To have controlled access at the door, to ensure only members and guests are admitted. 4. To continue to carry out risk assessments relating to the prevention of crime and disorder, the banking of monies taken, and to continue to liase regularly with the Police. 5. Continue to carry out full risk assessments in respect of fire safety, health and safety, and continue to upgrade these assessments on a twice yearly basis. 6. To regularly assess the operations impact on neighbours and the locality. 7. No unaccompanied children are allowed in the premises after 19:00 hours. 8. There shall be no adult entertainment or services, activities, other entertainment or matters ancillary to the use of the premises that may give rise to concern in respect of children, save for the use of authorised AWP machines and cigarette machines. Conditions agreed following application to Vary the Premises Licence submitted 09.03/2007. 9. To comply with the reasonable requirements of South Yorkshire Fire and Rescue Service. 10. Suitable non-slip floor surfaces shall be provided to the area subject to the variation. 11. All new electrical installations must be in accordance with the Institute of Electrical Engineering, with a minor works certificate supplied for the area subject to the variation. 12. A solid panel balustrade of 1.1 metres must be fitted, with a system for preventing accidental falls of articles/glasses and bottles in place. (For example, achieved by distance). 13. The variation shall not become effective until the Health Protection Service have inspected the premises with regard to the electrical certificate, and any other matter raised during the consultation period to ensure that these items have been totally addressed in respect of the Service requirements. Condition 12 will be removed from the licence without further application for variation upon the Health Protection Service notifying the Licensing Department that the premise have been inspected and approved. Any embedded permissions and restrictions attached to the justices on/off licence including those specified at Appendix 1. 1. No intoxicating liquor shall be sold or supplied otherwise than to :- a. a member of the Executive Snooker Club who has been duly admitted to membership after an interval of at least 48 hours between the submission of a written application for membership and admission to the club, b. bona fide guests introduced in accordance with the club rules c. a member of a visiting sports team competing in matches at the club, and their bona fide supporters. d. any person attending the premises as a participator or spectator at a special exhibition match sponsored or organised by the club or proprietor, and open to the public on payment of a proper entrance charge e. any employee of the proprietor 2. Members shall not be allowed to introduce more than 3 guests at anyone time and no guest shall be introduced more than 6 times in any period of 12 months, 3. A list of names and addresses of duly elected members of the club shall at all times be maintained on the premises and be available for production to a police officer in uniform. 4. There shall not be more than 200 persons on the premises at anyone time.
