Additional Conditions
1) Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult after 21:00 hours. 2) Colour CCTV to be installed in the premises with a 28 day recording facility in accordance with the reasonable recommendations of South Yorkshire Police. 3) DPS must be a member of the Sheffield Licence Watch or a replacement scheme as long as it exists. 4) The supply of alcohol for consumption on the premises is not the exclusive or primary purpose of the services provided. No gambling will take place on the premises. No entertainment of an adult or sexual nature will be provided. 5) Substantial food and non-intoxicating beverage to be available throughout hours of operation. 6) Waiter/waitress service to be available at all times in the restaurant part of the premises. 7) A proof of age scheme will be operated within the premises.
1. No Alcohol to be consumed on the outside terrace area after 22:30 hours. 2. All windows and doors shall remain closed, except for access and egress, after 22:30 hours. 3. No additional patrons shall be permitted to enter the premises after 23:30 hours on any day of the week. 4. Notices shall be displayed reminding patrons that this is a residential area and that they should behave in a quiet and considerate manner. 5. All collections and deliveries shall only be permitted to take place between:- 08:00 and 19:00 hours on Mondays to Fridays; 08:00 to 14:00 hours on Saturdays; No deliveries or collections to take place on Sundays or Public Holidays 6. No movement, sorting or removal of waste bottles or other materials or other articles, or movement of skips or bins shall be carried out outside the premises between the hours of 19:00 hours and 09:00 hours Monday to Sunday, including Bank Holidays. 7. A Dispersal Policy shall be prepared and implemented, in a form agreed with the statutory Authorities in consultation with the local constituted residentsÂ’ groups (namely the Botanical Gate Community Association, the Botanical Area Community Association and the Sharrow Vale Community Association). 8. Quarterly scheduled meetings shall be arranged between members of the management team for the premises and:- (i) The Botanical Gate Community Association; (ii) The Botanical Area Community Association; and (iii) The Sharrow Vale Community Association. 9. For the avoidance of doubt if in any given quarter all parties are in agreement that there are no issues or matters to be discussed between them at this time then it shall not be a breach of this condition for the parties to collectively agree to dispense with the need for a meeting where it is deemed to be unnecessary for a meeting to be held on this particular occasion.
