Additional Conditions
1. A Colour CCTV system to the specification of South Yorkshire Police will be fitted, maintained and in use at all times when the premises are open. CCTV images will be stored for 28 days. Police will be given access to the copies of images for purposes in connection with the prevention and detection of crime and disorder. 2. Persons shall only be allowed to remove drinks from the premises in sealed containers. 3. There will be no drinks allowed outside the premises after 11:00pm. 4. Notices will be displayed near to the exits of the premises requesting customers to leave the premises quietly. 5. The volume of recorded music will be reduced in volume to background level during the wind down period. Conditions agreed with Responsible Authorities in relation to Variation application, Granted 21st September 2007. Environmental Protection Service 6. No amplified sound or live music shall be played nor shall loudspeakers be placed at any time outside the building. 7. Except for customer access and egress, all windows and doors are to remain closed during the performance of regulated entertainment. 8. All amplified live music shall be played through a noise limiter, the settings of which shall have received the prior written approval of the Environmental Protection Service. Before live music takes place, the following works shall have been completed to the written satisfaction of the Environmental protection Service : 9. Sound attenuation works to the windows and air vents. Health Protection Service 10. A permanent fixed residual current device (RCD) must protect the electrical supply serving amplified music equipment used for live music. South Yorkshire Fire & Rescue Service 9. To comply with reasonable requirements of the South Yorkshire Fire & Rescue Service. 10. There shall be no adult entertainment or services, activities, other entertainment or matters ancillary to the use of the premises that may give rise to concern in respect of children.
