Additional Conditions
1. CCTV shall be provided and maintained at the premises in positions agreed with the police. Recordings will be kept for 28 days and given to the police within a reasonable time upon request. 2. When the premises are open for the sale of alcohol, substantial refreshment will be available to at least 22:00 hours. 3. RCDÂ’s will be fitted to any circuits used by live musicians. 4. The licence shall be held by the person in day-to-day control of the premises.
1. No additional persons shall be allowed to enter the premises after 23:30 Sunday to Thursday and after 00:30 Friday and Saturday. 2. A Colour CCTV system to the specification of South Yorkshire Police will be fitted, maintained and in use at all times when the premises are open. CCTV images will be stored for 31 days. Police will be given access to the copies of images for purposes in connection with the prevention and detection of crime and disorder. 3. The use of door staff will be risk assessed on an ongoing basis by the licence holder or Designated Premises Supervisor. Where engaged, door staff shall be licensed by the Security Industry Authority. 4. External lighting will be provided where necessary to enhance the quality of CCTV images. 5. No persons will be allowed to consume food or alcohol outside the premises from 23:30 hours. 6. Appropriate signage must be displayed requesting customers leave quietly.
