Additional Conditions
1. There shall be no adult entertainment or services, activities, other entertainment or matters ancillary to the use of the premises that may give rise to concern in respect of children. 2. Children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult and on the premises for the purposes of dining. No children are allowed after 21:00 hours. 3. The DPS or designated member of staff must take a pro-active approach to noise control, checking outside the premise to ensure that noise is kept to a reasonable level from patrons using the external area and manage noise levels internally so as to be inaudible at the nearest noise sensitive property. 4. A log book of checks made outside the premises to monitor noise breakout during all regulated entertainment events shall be maintained and the record of checks made shall be signed off by the DPS and designated member of staff. The log book shall be made available for inspection by the licensing authority upon requested. 5. The premises licence holder shall prominently display notices on all exits reminding patrons to leave the premises in a quiet and orderly fashion and to respect the local neighboours needs. 6. Whilst regulated entertainment is provided, all windows and doors are to be kept shut except for ingress and egress. The dining room's external doors shall be kept closed whenever regulated entertainment is in progress, except in case of emergency. 7. The consumption of alcohol in any external area of the premises is to cease at 23:00 hours on all days. 8. A permanently fixed residual current device (RCD) must protect the electrical supply serving amplified equipment. 9. The Premises Licence Holder shall be an active supporter/participant in the local Pub Watch Scheme. 10. Clear, legible and conspicuous notices requesting patrons to avoid causing noise, nuisance or disturbance to local residents shall be displayed at every exit. 11. The beer garden will not be used for consumption of alcohol after 23:00 hours.
