Additional Conditions
1. In connection with the electrical works subject to variation, a minor works certificate must be supplied upon completion of the works. 2. The current plan does not show the proposed external arrangements. Therefore an amended plan must be submitted to incorporate such proposals. 3. The variation shall not become effective until the Health Protection Service have inspected the premises with regard to the electrical certificate, external arrangements and any other matter raised during the consultation period to ensure that these items have been totally addressed in respect of service requirements. 4. The above three conditions will be removed from the licence without further application for variation upon the Health Protection Service Notifying the Licensing Department that the premises have been inspected an approved. 5. The licence holder must meet with the reasonable requirements of the South Yorkshire Fire and Rescue Service. 6. The premises will follow and carry out all duties and responsibilities required by all the relevant authorities. 7. Close co-operation and/or communication with the police will be maintained. 8. Practise and implement all required Health & Safety Rules and regulations to include all appropriate signage. 9. All children will need to be supervised and/or accompanied by a responsible adult in the capacity of parent or guardian.
