Annex 2 - Conditions consistent with the operating schedule
1. A Colour CCTV system to the specification of South Yorkshire Police will be fitted, maintained and in use at all times when the premises are open. CCTV images will be stored for 28 days. Police will be given access to the copies of images for purposes in connection with the prevention and detection of crime and disorder.
2. A permanent fixed residual current device (RCD) must protect the electrical power supply serving all amplified music equipment used for the purpose of live music and other entertainment.
3. No persons under 18 years of age will be permitted on the premises after 21:00 hours.
4. The latest entry time to the venue to be 02:00 hours Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
5. Maximum capacity shall not exceed 100 at any time and at any time the capacity on each floor shall not exceed 60.
6. A minimum of 46 tables and chairs shall be maintained on the ground floor.
7. A management policy shall be provided and include details of (a) How the capacity shall be managed on each floor. (b) How to deal with emergencies. (c) Maintenance of the facilities.
8. A qualified first aider shall be on duty during the licensable activities and shall be trained to deal with emergencies.
9. Children under the age of 18 are prohibited at the premises after 21:00 hours and must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times.
10. Children under the age of 18 are only allowed at the premises if they are dining in the upstairs restaurant area or if they are attending a private bona fide pre-booked family orientated function.
11. A Children’s Safeguarder must be assigned and attend training provided by the Safeguarding Children Board.
12. The Challenge 21 proof of age scheme must operate. Staff must be trained to enforce this system and staff training records must be maintained and made available to the responsible authorities on request.
13. The Designated Premises Supervisor must be a member of Sheffield Licence Watch.
14. Exclusive use of Polycarbonate drinking vessels after 21:00 hours on Friday, Saturday and Sundays and at other times as risk assessed by management.
15. Active membership and use of the City Council CRACC radio scheme.
16. Proactive membership of the Sheffield Licence Watch scheme.
17. Security staff to wear high visibility clothing - in consultation with South Yorkshire Police.
18. Staff to be aware of and guided by the South Yorkshire Police Violent Incident protocol which should be displayed within the premises in sight of staff.
19. No drinks to be taken from the premises in open vessels and no drinking to be allowed outside.
