Additional Conditions
1. The premises will operate as a restaurant for seated diners, with the primary role of the premises being to provide food rather than alcohol. 2. All persons who appear to be under the age of 21 will require appropriate proof of age before being served alcohol. 3. Noxious smells from the kitchen is kept to a minimum via use of extract system with filter. 4. Extractor Fans and Filter system to be cleaned and maintained regularly. 5. The applicant or any person purchasing the proposed unit must liase with and fully comply with the reasonable requirements of the responsible authorities in the building of the premises and any reasonable conditions imposed if and when the premises licence application is determined and the premises are used for licensable activities. 6. The applicant or any person purchasing the proposed unit will carry out full consultation with the responsible authorities throughout the planning of the internal area of the premises and the building of the premises complies with the Sheffield City Councils Policy and Guidance as issued under the Licensing Act 2003. 7. Children under the age of 16 should be accompanied by an adult after 20:00 hours. 8. The designated premises supervisor or some such other person, should be assigned to act as lead safeguarder for childrens issues at the premises. 9. There shall be no adult entertainment or services, activities, other entertainment or matters ancillary to the use of the premises that may give rise to concern in respect of children.
The license is granter subject to: 1. The installation of an efficient extraction fan on the lines now discussed to remove noxious smells from the licensed premises and, in particular, from the kitchen and food preparation area, so as not to cause a nuisance to adjacent premises or premises located nearby. 2. The extraction equipment being maintained under the terms of the service contract now discussed. 3. The premises being properly ventilated at all times.
