Additional Conditions
1) Polycarbonate vessels (including bottles if not decanted) will be used exclusively on those days when a match is taking place at Bramall Lane (except reserve fixtures). This will be irrespective of the start time of the match to ensure that no glass vessels are discarded in the premises or nearby. 2) On match days, two hours before and one hour after the game, members of the public will be prevented from standing on the footpath directly outside the front door of the venue irrespective of whether these are drinking or can be identified as customers. This may necessitate the use of doorstaff but is the responsibility of the management to address. 3) The venue will not open before 10.30am on any match day. 4) Side doors leading to the beer garden will ALWAYS remain unlocked on match days to allow the Police easy and immediate access to that area. 5) The licence holder and/or DPS will maintain effective communication and liaison with police football intelligence officers. In effect will cooperate with reasonable police requests. 6) A colour CCTV system will be installed in positions agreed with the Police and images stored for 31 days. The CCTV system shall be maintained inside the building and also within the curtilage of the site governed by the premises licence and shall be in use at all times the premises are open, with the Police being given access to images for purposes in connection with the prevention and detection of crime and disorder. 7) The premises will prepare and implement a dispersal policy in conjunction with the Police for use at the premises at peak times and football events. The policy will be kept under review by both the management and the Police. 8) Persons shall only be allowed to remove drinks from the curtilage of the premises in sealed containers. 9) Persons will not be allowed to enter the premises carrying open drinking vessels. 10) New customers will not be permitted to enter the premises after midnight, on any night save by written agreement from South Yorkshire Police Licensing Department. 11) Signs shall be displayed in appropriate places requesting clients to leave the premises quietly and have regard to local residents. 12) A permanently fixed residual current device (RCD) must protect the electrical supply serving amplified music equipment for live music and DJ. 13) When dancing is to take place on the premises in an area not previously approved for dancing by the Authority, at least 14 days notice must be given to Environment and Regulatory Services (Health Protection Service) and the Licensing Authority, identifying the area to be used, which should be suitable and adequate in size as the designated dance floor for the intended use, and dancing must not take place in that area unless approved by the authority. 14) Children under the age of 16 shall not be permitted on the premises after 8:00pm. 15) Live music outdoors shall be acoustic instruments only.
