Additional Conditions
1. The DPS will be a member of the local Licence Watch (as long as it exists). 2. All existing CCTV will be maintained and in operation on the premises. 3. Signs near the exits of the premises must clearly communicate that guests must respect the needs of local residents, and leave the premises quietly. 4. No external regulated entertainment. 5. Except for access and egress, all windows and doors to remain closed when live or recorded music is played. 6. External lighting of car park and walkways. 7. A permanent fixed residual current device (RCD) must protect the electrical power supply serving all amplified music equipment used for the purpose of live music and other entertainment. 8. No external licensable activities or consumption to take place after 23:00 hours. 9. The Designated Premises Supervisor shall prominently display A4 notices in all external areas reminding patrons to be quiet, respect the needs of local residents and no drinks are to be taken off the premises after 23:00 hours with exception of off sales. 10. All windows and doors shall be closed, except for access and egress, when regulated entertainment is present in the premises. 11. All ventilation outlets, which serve the licensed areas, are to be installed with acoustic baffles and thereafter retained with the exception of the areas not used for regulated entertainment. 12. No amplified sound shall be played except through an in-house amplified sound system fitted with a sound limiter, both in the main licensed area and function room. The settings of which shall have received the prior written approval of the Environmental Protection Service. 13. The DPS must take a pro active approach to noise control, checking outside the premises to ensure that noise is kept to a reasonable level and manage noise levels internally so as not to cause a nuisance to the nearest noise sensitive building. 14. The toilet provisions at the ground floor main entrance shall be available at all times when the first floor function room is in use. 15. When dancing is to take place on the premises in an area not previously approved for dancing by the authority, at least 14 days notice must be given to Environmental and Regulatory Services (Health Protection Service) and the Licensing Authority, identifying the area to be used which should be suitable and adequate in size as the designated dance floor for the intended use, and dancing must not take place in that area unless approved by the authority. 16. No person under the age of 18 years is permitted on the premises after 21:00 hours save for those attending a bona fide pre-booked family orientated function. At such functions, a Childrens Safeguarder will be on site. 17. There shall be no adult entertainment or services, activities, other entertainment or matters ancillary to the use of the premises that may give rise to concern in respect of children, save for the use of authorised AWP machines.
