Additional Conditions

• 1. There shall be no adult entertainment or services, activities, other entertainment or matters ancillary to the use of the premises that may give rise to concern in respect of children, save for the use of authorised AWP machines. 2. A permanent fixed residual current device (RCD) must protect the electrical power supply serving all amplified music equipment used for the purpose of live music and other entertainment. 3. When dancing is to take place on the premises in an area not previously approved for dancing by the Authority, at least 14 days notice must be given to Environment and Regulatory Services (Health Protection Service) and the Licensing Authority, identifying the area to be used which should be adequate in size for its intended use as a designated dance floor (20% of the capacity on a 0.4m²/person) and dancing must not take place in that area unless approved by the Authority. 4. Colour CCTV will be installed, monitored, and recorded. 5. Prominent signs to be displayed at the exits asking customers to leave the premises in a quiet orderly manner. 6. Windows and doors, except for access and egress, will be kept shut when amplified music is provided. 7. Use of the beer garden will cease by no later than 23:00 hours. 8. All drinks shall be served in plastic containers if consumed in the beer garden. 9. Children will be allowed in the Lounge area of the premises until 19:00hours.
