Additional Conditions
1. There shall be no adult entertainment or services, activities, other entertainment or matters ancillary to the use of the premises that may give rise to concern in respect of children. 2. The licence shall cease to have effect should the method and style of operation proposed on the initial grant of the licence change, i.e: a)From that of a Parish Centre, owned and operated by St.Marys Church. b)For use at pre-booked private functions, or events organised by St. Marys Church which are organised at least 7 days beforehand. 3.The licensee shall be a member of the Pub Watch Scheme. 4.Colour CCTV will be installed in positions agreed with the Police and tapes stored for such period of time as the Police may specify. 5.There shall be no sale of intoxicating liquor for consumption outside the licensed area except in sealed vessels. 6.There shall be no amusement with prize machines, pool table, video machines, skill with prizes machines, pinball machines on the premises. 7.Tables and chairs shall be provided at the premises to provide seating for a minimum of 50% of the maximum capacity fixed by the Fire Officer and Environmental Health. 8.No smoking policy shall be operated in all internal parts of the licensed area which are within a Listed Building. 9.Capacity 200 people Main Hall. 10. Signs near the exits of the premises must clearly communicate that guests must respect the needs of local residents, and leave the premises quietly.
