1. Save as provided under condition 2, intoxicating liquor of the following descriptions only may be supplied for consumption within the licensed area of the premises, namely wine (including fortified wine), bottled beers and lagers. 2. In addition to condition 1 above spirits and or liquors may also be supplied for consumption on the premises to persons taking table meals there and for consumption as an ancillary to the meal. 3. There shall be no sale for consumption off the premises save for consumption within the licensed area defined on the deposited plans. 4. There shall be no applications for occasional licences. 5. There shall be no juke box on the premises and background or live music only shall be played. 6. Tables and chairs will be provided at the premises so as to provide seating for a minimum of60% of the capacity.
