Additional Conditions

• 1. There shall be no adult entertainment or services, activities, other entertainment or matters ancillary to the use of the premises that may give rise to concern in respect of children. 2. Existing CCTV is to be maintained and in operation when the premises are trading. 3. There will be no drinks promotions apart from those which comply with British Beer and Pub Association guidelines. 4. A member of staff will be designated as bottle and glass collection supervisor. 5. Music making equipment to be unplugged when not in use. 6. Notices to be displayed to remind customers to disperse quietly. 7. Any outside drinking area will not be used after 11 pm on any night. 8. A designated member of staff will be monitor any outside drinking area at all times. 9. Children aged under 16 to be accompanied by an adult. 10. Children under the age of 16 will be off the premises by 9:00pm. 11. A designated member of staff will be assigned to act as lead safeguard for children’s issues. 12. A notice to be displayed at the venue fruit machine prohibiting their use by persons below the age of 18. 13. The licensee will support the local pub watch scheme and will adopt the proof of age standards scheme. 14. Although accompanied children are welcome at these premises there will be a notice displayed to advise their adult supervisors that music volume and levels of cigarette smoke may not be appropriate for children on Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
