Additional Conditions
1. There shall be no adult entertainment or services, activities, other entertainment or matters ancillary to the use of the premises that may give rise to concern in respect of children. 2. A permanent fixed residual current device (RCD) must protect the electrical power supply serving all amplified music equipment used for the purposes of live music. 3. When dancing is to take place on the premises in an area not previously approved for dancing by the Authority, at least 14 days notice must be given to Environment and Regulatory Services (Health protection Service) and the Licensing Authority, identifying the area to be used which should be suitable and adequate in size as the designated dance floor for the intended use, and dancing must not take place in that area unless approved by the Authority. 4. No persons under the age of 18 years to be allowed on the premises, save for those dining and accompanied by an adult and must be off the premises by 20:00 hours on any day. 5. The existing CCTV system will be maintained and the tapes kept for a minimum of 31 days and made available upon request to the Police and Licensing 6. Patrons will only be allowed to remove drinks from the premises in sealed containers. 7. When door staff are used they will be Security Industry Authority (SIA) approved and operate in accordance with the security industry guidelines. 8. To enforce a zero tolerance towards illegal drugs at all times. 9. All instances of crime and disorder will be reported to the Police and will be kept in an incident log book. 10. To ensure the Health and Safety policy is reviewed regularly and to continue to train staff to the standards required by the relevant legislation. 11. Additional patrols will take place by members of staff, internally and externally, to limit any noise pollution when entertainment is being offered within the premises. 12. Notices will be displayed asking customers to leave the premises quietly. 13. Soft drinks and non alcoholic drinks will be available. 14. A recognised Proof of Age Policy to be enforced. 15. There shall be no live music in the upper room. 16. Music in the upper room shall only be played at background levels. 17. Live and recorded music should cease 30 minutes prior to closing time. 18. The staircase leading to the 1st floor shall not be used for the transportation of food when licensable activities are taking place within the licensed areas of the 1st floor, unless a suitable and adequate food hoist has been installed from the ground floor to the 1st floor. This staircase should only be used for the transportation of food to pre-booked functions prior to any members of the public using the 1st floor. 19. Door supervisors will be employed on Friday and Saturdays from 19:00 hours until close. Public Entertainment Licence Conditions 1.
