Additional Conditions
1. A Colour CCTV system to the specification of South Yorkshire Police will be fitted, maintained and in use at all times when the premises are open. CCTV images will be stored for 28 days. Police will be given access to the copies of images for purposes in connection with the prevention and detection of crime and disorder. 2. The premises will operate in the restaurant style, which shall be primarily for the consumption of table meals, with seating and tables for dining, and food available throughout permitted hours. Substantial food will be available up to one hour before sales of alcohol cease. 3. Persons under the age of 18 are allowed on the premises until 10:00pm from Sunday to Thursday and until 9:00pm on Fridays and Saturdays. 4. Persons shall only be allowed to remove drinks from the premises in sealed containers. 5. No licensable activities will take place under the authority of this licence until the premises have been inspected by the Relevant Authorities, and the licence holder has been notified that the premises are suitable. Any reasonable requirements of the authorities will be complied with in order to ensure that the premises are suitable for their intended use. 6. A suitably trained person who is the holder of a Personal Licence should be nominated to hold the position of Designated Premises Supervisor. 7. The Designated Premises Supervisor for these premises must be a registered member of Sheffield Licence Watch. Annual membership and meeting attendance should be maintained. 8. No persons under the age of 18 to be on the premises after 8pm unless consuming a meal and in the company of a responsible adult.
