Additional Conditions
1. All door staff shall be registered by the Security Industry Authority and clearly display their name badge at all times whilst on duty. 2. Such a person will be employed at the premises at the discretion of the designated premises supervisor / holder of the Premises Licence. 3. The Designated Premises Supervisor for these premises must be a registered member of Sheffield Licence Watch. Annual membership shall be maintained. 4. No customers apparently carrying open bottles upon entry shall be admitted to the premises at any times the premises are open to the public. 5. Where CCTV is installed with recording facilities such recordings shall be retained for a period of 30 days and made available within a reasonable time upon request by the Police. 6. Alcoholic and other drinks may not be removed from the premises in open containers save for consumption in any external area provided for that purpose. 7. The outside drinking area is not to be used after 24:00 hours on any day, for the consumption or sale of alcohol. 8. Appropriate signage will be placed in the beer garden area reminding patrons to be quiet during evenings. 9. To comply with the reasonable requirements of the building control officer. 10. When dancing is to take place on the premises in an area not previously approved for dancing by the Authority, at least 14 days notice must be given to Environmental and Regulatory Services (Health Protection Service) and the Licensing Authority, identifying the area to be used as the designated dance floor and dancing must not take place in that area unless approved by the Authority. 11. Where appropriate, prominent, clear and legible notices shall be displayed at all exits requesting the public respect the needs of local residents and to leave the premises and area quietly. 12. Noise or vibration shall not emanate from the premises so as to cause a nuisance to nearby properties. 13. No films or videos of any description will be shown so that they can be viewed by persons under the age of any applicable BBFC / Local Authority certification. 14. Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult. 15. Children under the age of 16 shall not be permitted to enter the premises after 21:00 hours, unless attending a pre-booked function. 16. A permanent fixed residual current device (RCD) must protect the electrical supply serving all amplified music equipment used for the purpose of live public music. 17. All windows and doors shall be closed, except for access and egress, when amplified music is present in the premises. 18. An acoustic lobby is installed (as per new drawings submitted) at the premises. Design details as discussed in accordance with The Environmental Protection Service. 19. The applicant shall comply with the requirements of the South Yorkshire Fire & Rescue Service. 20. The kitchen should be separated from other areas by half hour fire resisting construction 21. Cellar and basement areas should be separated from upper levels by one-hour fire resisting construction. 22. In order that the emergency lighting can be switched off when the premises are not in use, a double pole switch should be utilised to connect the emergency lighting to some essential circuit, e.g. the bar lights, thus ensuring that the lights are always switched on during licensing hours. 23. The applicant shall carry out full consultation with the Sheffield City Councils Health Protection Service throughout the planning of the internal area of the premises so as to ensure the premises complies with the Sheffield City Councils Policy and Guidance as issued under the Licensing Act 2003. 24. The varied premises licence shall not become effective until the premises has been inspected by a representative of the Sheffield City Councils Health Protection Service so as to ensure condition 21 has been complied with.
