Additional Conditions
1. Signs near the exits of the premises must clearly communicate that guests must respect the needs of local residents, and leave the premises quietly. 2. The applicant or any person purchasing these premises must liase with and fully comply with the reasonable requirements of the responsible authorities in the fit out/building of the premises and any reasonable conditions imposed if and when the premises licence application is determined and the premises are used for Licensable activities. 3. The applicant or any person purchasing the premises will carry out full consultation with the reasonable authorities throughout the planning of the internal area of the premises so as to ensure the premises complies with the Sheffield City Councils and Guidance as issued under the Licensing Act 2003. 4. The applicant will give notice to the responsible authorities of the intended opening date and will not trade for business until the responsible authorities have inspected the premises. 5. The Designated Premises Supervisor, or some such other person, will be assigned to act as lead safeguarder for childrens issues at the premises. 6. Children under the age of 18 years should be off the premises by 22:00 hours unless dining and accompanied by an adult, or attending a pre-booked function. 7. Recorded music is to be by way of background style and is to be played at a reduced level after 00:30 hours. 8. There shall be no adult entertainment or services, activities, other entertainment or matters ancillary to the use of the premises.
