Additional Conditions
1. A Colour CCTV system to the specification of South Yorkshire Police will be fitted, maintained and in use at all times when the premises are open. CCTV images will be stored for 28 days. Police will be given access to the copies of images for purposes in connection with the prevention and detection of crime and disorder. 2. No licensable activities will take place under the authority of this licence until the premises have been inspected by the Relevant Authorities, and the licence holder has been notified that the premises are suitable. Any reasonable requirements of the authorities will be complied with in order to ensure that the premises are suitable for their intended use. 3. The Designated Premises Supervisor for these premises must be a registered member of Sheffield Licence Watch. Annual membership and meeting attendance should be maintained. 4. Anyone who appears to be under the age of 21 shall require appropriate photographic proof of age before being served alcohol. 5. All electrical appliances must be serviced on a yearly basis. 6. All fire equipment must be serviced on a yearly basis. 7. Certificates relating to these inspections must be kept on the premises and made available to council officers as appropriate. 8. Fire action notices to be posted, and emergency escape routes to be signposted and illuminated as appropriate. The fire alarm system should be regularly checked. 9. Emergency lighting to the following standard should be provided to cover the licensed areas: a. The emergency lighting system should be either of the one hour maintained type, or the non-maintained type. b. On the completion of the installation, the installer should certify that the installation complies with recommendations of British Standard 5266: Part 1: 1999. The model certificate of completion as detailed in Annex B of the British Standard is acceptable for this purpose and should be forwarded to this department. 10. Fire fighting equipment should be provided and sited in accordance with Fire Safety Advice Note ext.an1 ‘Portable Fire Extinguishers’ which gives general advice on correct choice and siting of fire extinguishers. 11. All recommendations relating to any Fire Risk Assessment should be carried out in full. 12. In relation to access to people with disabilities. A ramp allowing disabled access to the premises will be installed within 60 days of the grant of this licence.
